Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Blockchain Operations Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of blockchain initiatives, including token launches, market operations, and strategic collaborations with exchanges. This senior-level role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and security while driving innovation and scalability in our blockchain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Token Launch Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for successful token launches.
• Oversee planning, timelines, and delivery of token-related milestones.

Risk Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks associated with blockchain projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and security standards.
• CEX/DEX Interaction Management
• Build and maintain relationships with centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
• Coordinate exchange listings, liquidity provisioning, and market-making efforts.
• Audit Coordination and Security Oversight
• Ensure thorough audits of blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to uphold industry-leading security practices.

Collaboration with Development Teams

• Act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans.

Liquidity and Market Operations

• Oversee liquidity management and market-making strategies to maintain healthy token performance.
• Monitor market conditions and recommend adjustments to optimize token dynamics.

Process Optimization

• Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in blockchain, tokenomics, and market practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
• Familiarity with token standards (e.g., ERC-20, BEP-20) and blockchain ecosystems
• In-depth knowledge of liquidity pools, security audits, and market-making strategies.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of active and ongoing experience in blockchain operations or related fields.
• Candidates must demonstrate recent and continuous involvement in blockchain trends, technologies, and market dynamics to ensure familiarity with the rapidly evolving industry landscape.
• Proven track record of leading or managing successful token launches.
• Experience in managing relationships with CEX and DEX platforms, including exchange listings.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications
