Job Summary

Job Description

Tesla is offering an apprenticeship as an Automotive Salesperson in Hannover, Germany, starting in the fall of 2025. This program provides comprehensive training in automotive sales, including customer interaction, detailed product knowledge, and business fundamentals. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience in parts service, service reception, and vehicle sales, learning about financing options and business processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial understanding, thrives in innovative environments, is highly motivated, and eager to contribute to the future of mobility. The apprenticeship includes learning all the kaufmännischen Abläufe im Teiledienst, der Serviceannahme und dem Fahrzeugverkauf.

Must have:

Commercial understanding
Technical aptitude
Enthusiasm for innovation

Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du den Verkauf Bereich im Automobilgeschäft kennen
Zu deinen zentralen Ausbildungsinhalten gehört selbstverständlich der Umgang mit Kunden, die Aneignung von detailliertem Fachwissen rund um das Fahrzeuggeschäft und betriebswirtschaftlichem Grundwissen
Gemeinsam mit unseren Ausbildungsprofis lernst du unsere alle kaufmännischen Abläufe im Teiledienst, der Serviceannahme und dem Fahrzeugverkauf kennen
Darüber hinaus erfährst du alles, was du über Finanzierungsoptionen, Disposition und kaufmännische Geschäftsabläufe wissen musst
