Job Summary

Job Description

The Associate Account Director will independently lead client teams, managing the entire project lifecycle and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires 6+ years of experience, with a preference for candidates from 4A advertising agencies with traditional advertising experience. The ideal candidate will be highly independent, possessing mature business judgment and the ability to independently handle client communication, project execution, solution development, and proposal writing. Proactive communication with clients and internal teams is crucial, along with a positive attitude, resilience to pressure, and a strong team-oriented approach. Experience with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and/or finance clients is a plus. Excellent English skills are preferred.

Must have:

6+ years experience in advertising
Independent client management
Project lifecycle management
Strong communication skills
Proposal writing & solution development
Experience with FMCG or finance clients

Good to have:

4A agency experience
Excellent English skills
