The Manager of Digital & Web Performance Analytics will own the performance of the Digital Lifecycle Journey’s omni-channel digital experience. This role will inform how we optimize the website experience by tagging, tracking, measuring, and reporting on key performance metrics such as SEO results, Email Marketing Statistics, Visitor engagement, and conversion metrics across our entire ecosystem.
Your success in this role will come from taking on leadership by serving as the subject matter expert in web analytics and optimization. In doing so, you will be providing designs and recommendations of analytical approaches and methodologies to address key issues and needs.
Your insights will be used to enhance our customer value proposition, improve customer engagement, drive customer lifetime value, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and better understand customer behavior across our web properties.
The Manager of Digital & Web Performance Analytics will be able to work with minimal instruction and oversight, enjoy working on multiple tasks and projects at the same time, and own projects end to end. Critical to your success in this role is a love of data (we love data!) - Developing insightful analysis that you communicate in a clear and compelling way.
This is a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a resource for web analytics questions, problem-solving, and reporting
• Manage and create customer journey and analytic tagging requirements based on business objectives and data needs
• Conduct multivariate (A/B) testing and measure campaign effectiveness
• Measure campaign effectiveness of various paid and unpaid digital channels.
• Recommend actionable insights by diving deeper into journey campaign data, customer data, and website data (customer journey, audience identification, segmentation).
• Develop actionable insights into current website performance, customer experiences, and future strategies
• Build multichannel attribution models
• Directly attribute customer acquisition progress by linking multiple data sources across desktop and mobile web, paid and earned media, mobile app, back-end databases, and third-party partners.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to gather and manage requirements
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to analyze appropriate responses to analytics findings
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years working with analytic tools such as Wicked Reports, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude
• Methodical, metrics-driven approach to continuous website experience and results improvement
• Strong understanding of B2B omni-channel digital journey
• Knowledgeable of modern web and mobile architecture, B2B performance optimization, and web analytics
• Experience working with technical teams & business stakeholders
• Great project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with web technologies such as chat and personalization tools
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively under pressure
• Team-oriented, self-starter personality with recognized leadership skills and the ability to multitask
