  • Collaborate closely with team leaders to refine pipeline standards and workflows that align with project goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts, Computer Science, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency building Houdini asset pipelines, with strong foundational knowledge in 3D asset creation and optimization of real-world assets in virtual environments.
  • Experience transforming 3D scan data (photogrammetry, LiDAR) into highly functional in-platform assets, ideally with automation in the pipeline.
  • Understanding of real-time shader development (GLSL, HLSL) and material creation, especially for VR/AR environments.
  • Knowledge of Python and/or C++ for tool development and process automation.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine for materials, shader development, VFX, and lighting.
  • Experience with CAD design tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks, PTC Creo) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge or experience working with Universal Scene Description (USD) is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI-based 2D to 3D pipelines (e.g., NeRF, Gaussian Splatting) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with procedural workflows in Unreal Engine or Houdini, particularly for creating reusable assets.

What We Value

  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and effectively across disciplines.
