The Challenge:

The primary goal of this position is the management of Take-Two Interactive group’s Workday environment & complimentary systems strategy, development & support.

The role is a strategic one, with focus on the advancement of the system, the team’s performance to the employees and team members. Strong leadership and relationships are essential in this fast paced, complex, and demanding environment. The team’s focus needs to be customer focused, providing support on issues should they be process, system, or training issues.

A good partnership with key HR leaders is essential to ensure requirements of HR activities and planned / pipeline enhancements and projects are well understood and planned for. Partnerships within IT are also crucial as the information and data within the Workday system head upstream and downstream for onboarding, recruitment, and support the HRBP function for example.

The position will lead teams of internal and external resources to design, build and develop functionality required to improve HR business processes and operations.

Apply and ensure compliance with Take-Two Interactive global IT policies including SOX compliance policies.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, adapt to changes, and effectively contribute to implementing current standards at Take-Two.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Manage Take-Two group’s Workday support and overall Workday system services.
  • Plan and lead the Workday systems software upgrades in line with company policies and SOX requirements.
  • Ensure adequate Workday security policies are in place
  • Apply and ensure compliance with Take-Two Interactive global IT policies including SOX compliance policies.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties as well as internal resources to ensure optimum support of Workday in all territories.
  • Define and implement appropriate support processes and procedures to ensure adequate availability of Workday to all users in the company.
  • Work with Workday and applicable vendors to manage system availability and usage, communicating relevant information to the business.
  • Line management of application analysts and external support resources, establish clear goals, empower, and oversee coaching and career development.
  • Establish support objectives and service level agreements and best practices for issues resolution.
  • Advise IT management on adequate systems disaster recovery measures.
  • Plan, propose and implement security changes on Workday as defined / agreed by Take-Two VP, Enterprise Applications, in line with SOX controls and overall Take-Two policies.
  • Implement and perform operational duties in accordance to Sarbanes-Oxley recommendations.
  • Maintain an enhanced knowledge of HR Technology applications and systems industry knowledge.
  • Ensure minimum support cover is available as agreed or requested by Take-Two senior HR management.
  • Other projects / tasks assigned by line manager or senior management.
  • Actively participate in regular team and management meetings.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships and communication channels with key departments across the group. Including but not limited to –
  • T2 HR leadership
  • HR Label leaders for relevant streams
  • IT management and Enterprise Applications platform owners.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with external partners and providers.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $221,100 and $327,240 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
