YOUR GAME

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling and conduct interviews
Support with the onboarding/offboarding of team members
Support with the preparation of payroll
Provide administrative support to the HR department (employment contracts, contract adjustments, certificates, references etc.)

YOUR TALENT

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Hands-on mentality and high commitment
Strong empathy, communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to self-reflect
Structured, independent, and responsible approach to work
Committed and solution-oriented working style
Basic knowledge of German labor law and data protection
Fluent German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level) language skills, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

Initial practical experience in human resources, e.g., through internships or working student positions
Good knowledge of HR management systems (e.g., Personio)
Experience in a start-up environment or the gaming industry is a plus
Affinity for gaming (especially MMORPGs)
