Unreal Engine 5 artist for a Munich-based studio, creating realistic, procedural environments for a survival RPG. Experience with Nanite foliage, Lumen, and procedural generation is a must.

Your Role
  • You work closely with concept art, game design and other departments on a realistic, procedurally generated environment with interesting biomes, villages and other points of interest
  • You are an active member of the team, providing and receiving feedback/guidance, coaching other team members in your fields of expertise
  • You have ability to work self-directed and be proactive
  • You take part in shaping a modern 3D art pipeline
  • You as experienced artist and problem solver, can find solutions when there is no concept art
Requirements
  • Hyped about nanite foliage and lumen in Unreal Engine 5
  • You know the concept and working with procedural generated worlds
  • You are into super realistic forest environments and lightning
  • A portfolio filled with relevant realistic AAA artworks
  • Excited to learn new software / workflows
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in Unreal Engine 5
  • Extra: You know how to use Voxel Pro 2.0
  • Extra: Skilled in other software like Houdini, SpeedTree etc.
