Tesla's EMEA Parts team seeks a Training Coordinator to manage scheduling and organization of training programs across Europe and the UK/Ireland. Responsibilities include planning, registration, and scheduling training; serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries; tracking new hires and initiating their training; managing training in Tesla's learning management system; communicating with field managers and learners; supporting trainers with materials; and preparing impact reports. The role involves coordinating events for a large audience, tracking and reporting data, and excellent communication skills. Experience with online, in-person, and virtual training formats is needed.

What to Expect

The EMEA Parts team (KFZ-Teiledienst) is seeking a highly-organized and personable Training Coordinator to manage the scheduling and organization of our growing portfolio of training programs across Europe and UK & Ireland. The Coordinator will work with our distributed team of technical trainers, content developers, and project managers to ensure that Tesla delivers high-quality, expertly organized training at multiple training locations and in multiple formats. You will be the first point of contact for our parts employees and should be passionate about communicating with and supporting people from diverse backgrounds and countries. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to flex quickly across multiple priorities, from supporting the training team to interacting with our learners. 

In our team, learning is much more than a classroom experience; we develop and deliver online courses, in-person training, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning resources while also cross-training and supporting a distributed network of coaches in our service field to spread our impact to the local level. The Coordinator will be familiar with the full curriculum and will ensure that the systems and processes of the training team are up-to-date, effective, and understood by all. This role will be based in one of our TESLA locations in Germany (flexible) and working with our Parts teams across Central Europe and Uk & Ireland.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage technician training planning, registration, and scheduling across EMEA
  • Serve as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries and triage requests
  • Track new hires and initiate their training programs immediately
  • Manage training setup and tracking in Tesla's learning management system
  • Communicate with field managers and learners about training logistics
  • Support regional trainers in ordering necessary training materials
  • Prepare reports to measure and communicate the impact of training programs
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in experience and 2 - 4 years’ professional work experience
  • Demonstrated experience remotely coordinating events for a large target audience (1000+ people) and frontline support for participants across multiple locations
  • Demonstrated experience in tracking and reporting training data (incl. proficiency of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) to ensure continuous improvement
  • Experience communicating effectively and professionally at multiple levels of the organization
  • Self-starter ready to work in a fast-paced environment, has a great attention to detail and high tolerance for ambiguity
  • General automotive knowledge, systems, components, and related technologies is preferred and excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English is necessary
  • Valid driver's license (Fahrzeugklasse B)
