As a Trading Specialist, Best Practices, you will play a crucial role in managing trading operations, focusing on error management, compliance, and process efficiency. You’ll guide bet settlements, assess potential costs, and ensure daily compliance reports are accurate. You'll drive improvements in manual trading errors and implement actionable trading policies and guidelines that emphasize quality, process, and accountability. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and facilitate training to establish operational excellence for our trading operations.
Shape overall trading strategy and focus on identifying best practices for our Trading team and create clear and up-to-date documentation.
Monitor team members’ adherence to established best practices to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Develop a culture of quality, integrity, efficiency, and effective due diligence.
Execute and verify settlement reports to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
Research and evaluate the root cause of any trading error and determine the possible cost and likelihood of occurrence.
At least 3 years of experience working with a Sportsbook product or in a similar industry.
Proficiency in English at a C1/C2 level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity, maintaining calm and composure under pressure.
Strong mathematical skills, with a solid understanding of sports betting concepts.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays, aligned with the global sports calendar, as part of your regular schedule.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-growing team environment.
