Technology Specialist - M365 Copilot
Location: Dallas TX
 
Overview
As a Technology Specialist Copilot, you are responsible for the success of Copilot for MS 365, by training people, leading technical workshops, proofs of concept, change management, extensibility, etc.
As a MS Copilot Technology Specialist’s (Copilot TS) your main goal is to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use our technology.  You will work in a team, enabling the customers through digital transformation by leveraging the Modern Workplace of MS 365.  You are expected to be able to both own and win the customers technical decisions, as well as find new opportunities through their contacts and work they are on for sales people to further pursue. As a Copilot TS, you work within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to help educate our customers at a technical level, demonstrate, and prove our solutions, and win the technical decision allowing the team to achieve the desired expertise.  Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across MS and non-MS cloud-based infrastructure technologies.
 
Qualifications
Minimum / Required Qualifications:
                     Solid technical consulting experience
1)      OR Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and solid technical consulting experience
2)      OR equivalent experience.
                     Solid experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
 
Additional/ Preferred Qualifications:
                     Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
 
Responsibilities
                     Solution Design & Proof for Teams: You will demonstrate (e.g., Architectural Design Sessions, and Proof of Concept sessions) Copilot for MS 365, MS Teams; presenting and applying architecture patterns for design, development, configuration, and deployment/adoption/governance planning; applying sales methodologies; leveraging partner/customer teams as needed.
                     Build Strategy for Copilot: You will provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capability at the account level, leveraging knowledge of partners, open-source solutions, and competitors in the Copilot for MS 365. You will take knowledge of customer feedback, specific MS Teams solutions, and their context in a competitive landscape and deliver core competitive knowledge back to engineering teams to enhance MS Teams capabilities and to develop compete strategies.
                     Scale Teams Customer Engagements: You will reach out to customers proactively and independently using knowledge of customer context; expertise in Copilot for MS 365 along with other technical and industry knowledge. Leading technical discussions with customers and establishing rules of engagement (e.g., role boundaries, handoff strategies) for extended teams including partners and CSU, leveraging knowledge of processes (e.g., Managed Service Provider [MSPand leveraging foundational knowledge of resources.
                     Education: You will present and train the users in productivity tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, Bing, and PowerPoint. You will proactively identify learning gaps, Conduct office hours to respond to any queries; monitor & respond to internal tech community posts, attend community calls, sessions, hackathons, etc. Communicate with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture and demonstrating new and updated Microsoft Teams products and services.
                     Scale the Team: You will act as the liaison between the customer and team and facilitate team’s resources and processes.
