As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Technical Writer to help us document our awesome product features, enabling our teams, users and partners to have a reliable source of truth regarding the evolution of our iGaming Platform.

The selected individual will be responsible to:

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  • Key responsibility  in managing and improving our current documentation repository  while keeping all the documentation up to date 
  • Produce high-quality documentation (e.g. user manuals, guides, FAQ pages, tutorials/ step-by-step instructions)  with a focus on both technical and business flows
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to align on the documentation approach
  • Write  and publish release articles to announce software updates, product launches, and other significant developments
  • Occasionally define English copy for platform components, functionalities, tools, and descriptions to maximize user experience and usability.
  • Help / ensure the platform experience is user-friendly with appropriate terms and concepts

Requirements

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Working knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem is a great advantage
  • Familiarity with the SDLC and software development
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
  • Previous exposure to highly technical teams as well as business/client stakeholders
  • Ability and interest in building a product knowledge base
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Great organizational skills and ability to follow multiple threads at the same time
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
