Job Description

As a Technical Compliance Manager at EveryMatrix, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards. You will develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures, monitor regulatory developments, manage compliance projects, and conduct training sessions for staff. You will also act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, audits, and corrective action plans, collaborating with department heads to ensure compliance-related projects are completed on time and meet internal requirements, maintaining records of compliance activities, and preparing reports for senior management. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure cross-functional understanding and support for compliance initiatives.
Must have:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a project management or compliance-related role
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and industry standards
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating risks and developing compliance strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management software
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Good to have:
  • Certification in compliance management
  • Experience in industries such as finance, tech, or healthcare
  • Familiarity with Ukrainian and European regulatory environments

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Compliance Manager to join our team in Kyiv!

About the job:

What You'll get to do:

  •  Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance policies and procedures across the organization. 
  • Monitor and evaluate regulatory developments and ensure the company’s practices remain compliant with local and international laws. 
  • Manage compliance projects, including risk assessments, audits, and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance-related projects are completed on time and meet internal requirements. 
  • Conduct training sessions for staff to raise awareness of regulatory requirements and internal standards. 
  • Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare reports for senior management. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors.
  • Support the business by identifying compliance risks and providing solutions to mitigate them. 
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure cross-functional understanding and support for compliance initiatives.

    What You need to know:

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a project management or compliance-related role, with proven success in managing projects.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and industry standards. 
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating risks and developing compliance strategies.

    Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field.

    Skills: 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders. 
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management software. 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

    Nice to Have:
  • Certification in compliance management (e.g., CCEP, ICA, or similar). 
  • Experience in industries such as finance, tech, or healthcare. 
  • Familiarity with Ukrainian and European regulatory environments.
