Summary

This role involves providing first-line support for a mission-critical Quadient application used by large, transaction-driven organizations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues with Quadient templates and workflows, providing 24/7 production support, liaising with clients on issues and changes, and adhering to ITIL processes. The position requires expertise in Quadient Inspire suite (Interactive, Designer, Automation, Scalar), data processing, layout design, and various file formats (PDF, PS, HTML). Additional duties include unit, system, and user acceptance testing, training, and contributing to support documentation. The project focuses on end-to-end BPO solutions across CRM, document processing, finance, HR, and payroll.

Project description

This project involves end-to-end, industry-specific Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions tuned precisely to meet the needs of large volume, transaction-drive organizations. The areas include Customer relationship management services, Document processing services, Finance and Administration services, HR and payroll services.

Responsibilities

First-line support for production issues of a mission-critical application.

Ability to liaise with the Client on issues, changes, development cycles and planning the release content.

Provide 24/7 production support for the customers.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the Quadient templates/workflows.

Follow standard procedure to resolve incidents efficiently and update in SNOW/ similar tool.

Drive resolution of high-priority issues causing impacts to Bank’s IT systems.

Application of ITIL processes and procedures through planning and fulfilling appropriate support requirements.

Work to generate Quadient output and document scanning tools

which were designed using Quadient.

Transforming business requirements into technical solutions through Quadient and providing optimal solutions.

Compilation and generation of static and dynamic policy documents through Quadient.

Involve in Unit testing, System Testing, and User acceptance testing and also provided production support.

Providing Training/KT sessions for newcomers and about the new projects and customized tools created to interact with Quadient.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the application, including business rules.

Contribute to the Development and maintenance of support documentation and processes

Strong communication skills

Collaborating with cross-functional team and contributing to the improvement of application performance and stability.

Meet and exceed customer satisfaction, resolution time, and response SLAs

Skills

Must have

3+ years of relevant experience

CCM document composition using Quadient suite

Inspire Interactive, Inspire Designer, Interactive Scalar

Extensive experience in data input, data-processing, Layout Design, Imposition and output modules of Quadient, Inspire Designer, Inspire Automation, Inspire Interactive, Inspire Scaler

Content Author and Empower

Experience in working in a global delivery model

Experience on Quadient Inspire automation and Interactive projects

Exposure to other Document composition tools would be added advantage

GMC Inspire applications estimation, design and testing

Coding and implementation support of printing technologies

Different input, output file formats and print file formats such as PDF, PS and HTML

Object oriented design and development

VB/VBA, XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JSON

Nice to have

Financial Services experience

Analytics and reporting
