About the Role We are looking for aspiring interns to join us and build the next highland of the future! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting e-commerce teams across the South East Asia region, bringing in the industry & technology expert to power the new business growth. In this role you will be a part of a fun, supportive and professional team. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents. 2. Align with the business team to determine key skills, background and attributes of the ideal candidate. Quickly and accurately understand the recruitment needs. 3. Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth. 4. Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 5. Maintain effective communication with business departments and follow up recruitment results and process feedback closely. 6. Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams. 7. Support TA in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements - Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline. - Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (i.e. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) - Strong analytical and problem solving skills with capability to analyze high amount of data to support business strategies and decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to commit to a full-time 3 months internship, full time 5 days/week at least.
