As a Talent Experience Specialist, you'll support the Talent Attraction team throughout the recruitment journey, from job opening to pre-boarding. You'll handle high-volume interview coordination, manage offer letter generation, own background checks, and ensure a seamless pre-boarding experience. Must-haves include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a TA coordination or operations role.

The Job:

As a Talent Experience Specialist, you will play an essential role in providing support to the Talent Attraction team across the entire recruitment journey from job opening to pre-boarding.

You Will:

Handle high volume of coordination of interviews Schedule high volume of interviews across departments within Greenhouse (ATS)

Open requisitions in Greenhouse per job set-up guidelines and close out requisitions once candidate is hired

Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire interview process and pre-boarding

Manage multi-country offer letter generation and sending process

Own background check process including initiating new checks, monitoring progress and properly escalating issues

Own pre-boarding process including sending welcome letter, initiating background check, hiring candidate in Greenhouse, updating necessary trackers

Assist in projects that help scale the TA function

You Have:

2-4 years' experience in a TA coordination or TA operations role

Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize

Ability to multitask and learn processes quickly for more efficient and effective results

Ability to exercise excellent judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential matters

Work independently as well as part of a team

Strong time-management and people skills

Excellent communication skills and proficiency and fluency in English is required
