We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist sits within the TA COE and is responsible for all recruitment activity within their geographical or business unit scope

A Day in the Life:

Drives a direct sourcing strategy within their business unit / entity through utilizing direct sourcing channels to source and screen candidates
Will manage and own requisitions from start to finish
Will conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers
Will determine the appropriate sourcing channels to use
Partners with respective HR business partners to deliver high level customer service to both candidates and hiring managers
Ensures governance and alignment to the global TA process and regional policies
Continuously looks to improve and refine sourcing and Talent Acquisition as a function within Nissan
Supports on TA projects
Manages recruitment activity through Nissan’s ATS eg Workday
Supports onboarding activities

Who We’re Looking for:

2 years of experience within a Corporate Talent Acquisition role preferred
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practice
Strong TA sourcing skills
Experience working with TA metrics
Experience using sourcing tools eg LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards

Personal Characteristics & Behaviours:

Calm and resilient and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to manage shifting priorities
Strong rapport building skills
Ability to effectively partner multiple stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in English and any European language a bonus (German, Spanish, French)
Good Excel, PowerPoint skills
