We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist sits within the TA COE and is responsible for all recruitment activity within their geographical or business unit scope

A Day in the Life:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

• Drives a direct sourcing strategy within their business unit / entity through utilizing direct sourcing channels to source and screen candidates
• Will manage and own requisitions from start to finish
• Will conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers
• Will determine the appropriate sourcing channels to use
• Partners with respective HR business partners to deliver high level customer service to both candidates and hiring managers
• Ensures governance and alignment to the global TA process and regional policies
• Continuously looks to improve and refine sourcing and Talent Acquisition as a function within Nissan
• Supports on TA projects
• Manages recruitment activity through Nissan’s ATS eg Workday
• Supports onboarding activities

Who We’re Looking for:                                                                                                                                       

• 2 years of experience within a Corporate Talent Acquisition role preferred
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practice
• Strong TA sourcing skills
• Experience working with TA metrics
• Experience using sourcing tools eg LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards

Personal Characteristics & Behaviours:

• Calm and resilient and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to manage shifting priorities
• Strong rapport building skills
• Ability to effectively partner multiple stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in English and any European language a bonus (German, Spanish, French)
• Good Excel, PowerPoint skills
