What you’ll do:
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using Ansible
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents
  • Monitor and manage the Prometheus monitoring system (configuration and alerting)
  • Help manage Ceph storage infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain Bash or Python scripts to automate routine tasks
  • Assist managing Kubernetes clusters
What you need to succeed:
  • Medium Python/Bash scripting abilities for infrastructure-related activities and automation
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools
  • Experience working with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and network troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with configuring and managing iptables
  • An understanding of virtualization technologies(QEMU/KVM)
  • Basic understanding of containerization principles and Docker experience
  • Basic understanding of load balancing concepts and familiarity with Nginx
  • Knowledge of basic database concepts and SQL querying skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve basic issues
