The Supervisor, DASP Integrations will oversee and direct the activities of the Integration team, ensuring the effective execution of commercial actions within live sporting events and studio programs. This role involves coordinating and executing the placement of commercial elements, ensuring client satisfaction and successful fulfillment of commitments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for driving commercial success within the entertainment industry.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in related tasks
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a highly professional "customer service" orientation
  • Teamwork capability
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a desire to operate in a dynamic environment

El Supervisor de Integración DASP será responsable de:

  • Supervisar y dirigir las actividades del equipo de Integración, asegurando la ejecución efectiva de acciones comerciales dentro de eventos deportivos en vivo y programas de estudio.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar la colocación de elementos comerciales dentro de eventos deportivos en vivo y programas de estudio, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento exitoso de los compromisos.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones estratégicas con socios externos clave, agencias de publicidad y clientes para maximizar oportunidades comerciales y el crecimiento de ingresos.
  • Desarrollar e implementar nuevos productos y características comerciales para optimizar la monetización de contenido en todas las plataformas.
  • Analizar datos comerciales y tendencias de mercado para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento, y desarrollar estrategias para capitalizarlas.
  • Representar al equipo de integración comercial en reuniones ejecutivas y presentaciones, comunicando de manera efectiva estrategias, resultados y planes futuros.
  • Participar en la planificación y ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas en cada oficina, contribuyendo con ideas y liderando la implementación en su área de responsabilidad.
  • Fomentar una cultura de colaboración, innovación y excelencia dentro del equipo, promoviendo el desarrollo profesional y el trabajo en equipo efectivo.

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en tareas relacionadas.
  • Mentalidad analítica y atención al detalle.
  • Habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y cambiante.
  • Excelentes habilidades para construir relaciones y una orientación altamente profesional al "servicio al cliente".
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Disposición para ser adaptable y flexible, con deseo de operar en un entorno dinámico.
