Team, about the role

We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team and take over purchasing, vendor management, negotiations, and ownership of IT Software and Travel expenses. You’ll be managing 100+ SaaS across the Playrix group and supplying for Travel category.

Tasks

Partnering with the IT team and tool owners on the procurement process to initiate or renew vendor relationships
Procuring IT software for all Playrix studios
Leading negotiations on software vendor contracts
Suggesting alternative software models/brands, adapting software standards
Helping produce reports on performance and providing insights into monthly IT software and SaaS spending, savings secured, and potential cost reduction opportunities
Building Travel-category strategy and selecting the most reliable travel-agency for company needs
Simplifying, automating, and optimizing processes

Requirements

3+ years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in IT/FMCG companies. Proofed IT experience will be an added advantage
Understanding of the technical requirements for IT software for GameDev purposes
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to be assertive with vendors of different sizes
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an analytical mindset and high attention to detail
Ability to develop strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders on the international market
Knowledge of P2P/S2P processes
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office/Google Docs
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
Fluency in English and Russian
