Job Description

We are seeking a proficient MS Dynamics developer to join our development team in Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Lead design and development of the CRM platform and products, in an agile development environment.

  • Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms.

  • Drive projects that require hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge and experience

  • Lead development teams on projects and be responsible for end-to-end execution of roadmap commitments.

  • Excel in partnership with technical project managers, and product leaders on requirements workshops and grooming, and help define joint product/technology roadmap.

  • Collaborate across engineering teams and leaders such as Operations and Infrastructure (O&I), Cybersecurity and platform teams.

  • Own measurable functional, strategic and operational goals and priorities.

  • Act decisively on continuous improvements to processes/tools for better developer efficiency and productivity.

  • Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/competing timelines and demands.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in solutioning and implementing CRM solutions (Sales or Service) with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proven experience and expertise as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Exposure and experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives facilitating collaboration across Product and Technology organizations.
  • Specialize in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with a good understanding of the overall Microsoft stack including Dynamics 365 Sales and Service CRM, Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE including Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Project Operations and Copilot.
  • Deep knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
