The CIS SEE Consumer Products team is looking for a Product Manager who brings a strategic vision and experience to enhance technical product capabilities. The team focuses on the development of consumer products in the region, emphasizing premium CVP and involving a variety of product projects and initiatives across different systems and platforms.
The new role will be accountable for the development and coordination of all technical solutions used by the team in their projects (CVP configuration systems, chatbot, offline card validation solutions), encompassing the full cycle: strategic solution development, project implementation, and support.
Working on projects, the new role will require close collaboration with local product teams from CIS SEE sub-regions, as well as with bank representatives in developing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities may include:
CVP Technical Support: Overseeing the configuration and support of both market-wide CVPs and tailored solutions for issuers within the region.
Project Coordination: Leading the coordination efforts for projects that require CVP settings adjustments in Visa's systems. The goal is to ensure new projects and initiatives are launched swiftly and effectively.
System Ownership: Taking full ownership of local systems used for configuring and distributing benefits, such as chatbots.
Process Optimization: Streamlining technical and operational processes related to CVP setup. This includes creating an eco-system that maximizes efficiency using the available solutions, thereby reducing time-to-market and enhancing user experience.
Innovation Development: Crafting innovative technical solutions related to CVP for issuers, which will propel the company to a new level of market competition. This requires a forward-thinking mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product development, encompassing the entire lifecycle from planning and roadmap formulation to defining and supporting strategic goals, and ongoing management.
• Prior experience in card payments, mobile/digital banking, and/or the financial services industry is a strong plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent credential will be viewed favorably.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• A self-starter attitude with proven capability to work autonomously, coupled with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set to effectively navigate project challenges.
• Flexibility to adjust to evolving project requirements and business needs.
• Excellent time management competencies to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Given the focus on diverse markets across CIS SEE, fluency in the English language is a must
