As a Software Requirements Engineer at ALTEN Technology USA, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of technology by collaborating with engineers to solve complex challenges across diverse industries. You'll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting software requirements, ensuring that they meet client needs and align with project goals. You'll work closely with development teams to ensure that the software meets the defined specifications. Must have:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in gathering and documenting software requirements
  • Proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with specific software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
  • Familiarity with industry-standard requirement management tools
