Description

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to develop and create impactful content that drives audience engagement and elevates our clients’ brand across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Reporting to the Director, Social Strategy, you will collaborate across teams to shape brand perceptions and support the business objectives of our entertainment and restaurant clients.

You have a keen understanding of how to craft compelling narratives, are passionate about content creation, and can turn complex technology stories into engaging posts. If you love data-driven insights, excel at writing copy that resonates, and have deep expertise in social media, this could be the perfect role for you!
 
Responsibilities
  • Help create and manage innovative, engaging social media campaigns across various platforms
  • Collaborate with the Strategy, Creative and Production teams during each phase of the campaign
  • Facilitate and maintain communication between external and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the account leads to manage assets and achieve daily goals
  • Maintain social content calendars, which includes writing, reviewing, and editing, copy and creative assets
  • Strategize talent activations, sweepstakes/contests, and digital activations
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate for various campaigns
  • Serve as project lead on reporting and analytics
  • Provide input on paid media campaigns as needed
  • Stay at the forefront of trends, best practices, competitive activities, and industry leaders, to best leverage technology and applications 
Requirements / Preferences
  • 3+ years of experience leading campaigns within the social media space in an agency environment
  • 2-3 years of experience working across social media campaigns in entertainment, TV, gaming; restaurant and CPG a plus
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Prior experience with reporting and owning/planning a calendar is a huge plus
  • Expertise in internet and pop culture  
Compensation + Benefits
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, experience, location and budgetary considerations. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 in our lowest geographic market up to $90,000 in our highest geographic market (to account for comparative cost of living).
Total compensation package will include other elements, including paid time off, subsidized health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401(k) participation with company match.
