Job Description

This Silicon Debug Engineer role in Bengaluru, India, involves post-silicon error debugging to support system-level silicon volume ramp. Responsibilities include collaborating with design and validation leads to root cause failures, working with internal and external engineers on screening parts, debugging RMAs, and signing off on releases. The role also requires collecting post-silicon characterization data to enhance production quality and yield. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of C programming experience, and experience developing silicon validation tests and debugging post-silicon issues. Experience with embedded software development, Android, Embedded Linux, RTOSes, or bare metal software is preferred.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in EE/CS or equivalent
2+ years C programming experience
Silicon validation test development
Post-silicon debugging experience

Good to have:

Master's degree in EE/CS
Embedded software development experience
Android, Embedded Linux, RTOS, or bare metal experience

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in C programming.
Experience with developing silicon validation tests and debugging post-silicon issues.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or with relevant field.
Experience with embedded software development and related tool chains.
Experience with Android, Embedded Linux, RTOSes or bare metal software.
