Job Description

This role involves designing and creating UI animation effects for a global, realistic AAA action game. Responsibilities include defining the dynamic visual style of the UI, creating animation effects for UI transitions and displays, independently producing UI animation demos, collaborating with developers to implement effects in the game engine (UE4), and ensuring design consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles, UE4 particle and UI material systems, and experience with After Effects. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished UI animations is essential. The position requires a deep understanding of animation, performance optimization, and the ability to translate design concepts into game engine assets.

Must have:

Proficient in UE4 Particle & UI systems
Experienced in UI animation design
Strong animation & design skills
After Effects proficiency
Collaboration with development team

Good to have:

Experience with AE & UE4
Understanding of game performance
Creative and innovative UI design
Game design background preferred

Responsibilities:

1.根据游戏产品的视觉风格，定义游戏界面的动态视觉风格，设计制作游戏界面切换/展示等动画特效相关的资源；
2.能够独立制作UI动效demo展示，为重点版本设计符合游戏调性的有创意，炫酷的界面动效；
3.对动画节奏的运用，能沉淀自己的理论，并在能在工作中很好的结合使用；
4.对动效的实现效果与性能有深入了解，平衡两者关系保证设计品质；
5.与开发团队合作，根据项目需求，使用游戏相关编辑器制作UI动效资源，跟进设计效果最终在产品中的实现，保证设计效果实现的一致性。

Requirements:

1.游戏特效、影视等设计类相关专业优先；
2.熟悉掌握UE4粒子系统和UI材质系统；
3.有丰富设计经验和创新能力，对UI特效有一定的经验与见解；
4.较强的美术功底和素养，善于沟通与传达，能清晰的表达设计创意；
5.能用AE做出设计概设，有责任心，热爱游戏，设计追求细节品质；
6.能主动研究与学习新技术运用到工作中，有较强的学习能力；
7.熟练掌握AE，有UE经验者优先。
