We're looking for a talented and passionate Total Rewards Analyst to join Wildlife's Total Rewards team.

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our rewards strategies ensuring they are competitive and aligned with our business objectives. You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to design, implement, and manage compensation, equity, and benefits programs. Your expertise in market analysis, equity management, and benefits administration will be crucial to drive these initiatives successfully.

What you'll do

  • Be part of a cross-functional team implementing and managing rewards programs, including base salary, incentives, equity, and other items to align with company goals and market trends;
  • Conduct market analysis to evaluate compensation trends and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness;
  • Provide consultation and recommendations on compensation-related matters to HR and leaders in general, including salary offers, promotions, adjustments, etc;
  • Lead the salary review process, ensuring alignment with budget and company objectives;
  • Manage equity programs, including stock options and other equity grants, ensuring compliance and effective communication with participants;
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure the integration of compensation strategies with overall financial planning and reporting;
  • Create and maintain compensation-related documentation, policies, and procedures;
  • Participate in global compensation surveys and analyze the data to update compensation practices and guidelines.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related;
  • Solid experience in the role or a similar role with a strong focus on Total Rewards;
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation, and market analysis;
  • Experience managing equity programs, including stock options or RSUs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proficiency in compensation software and HRIS systems;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

 

  • Experience with global compensation and understanding of international market practices;
  • Experience in developing and implementing benefits and global mobility programs
