Senior SRE Engineer

The Opportunity

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Senior SRE Engineer in Hyderabad and Bengaluru locations to work/ maintain/manage our production metallic SaaS environment.

In this role, you will work on our enterprise metallic SaaS environment configuring, manging, optimizing the mission-critical platforms that host enterprise customers across the globe split into different regions. What You’ll Do

As an SRE you will maintain the reliability of SaaS cloud infrastructure environments.

You will ensure our Software applications run smoothly without causing errors after deployment and new changes.

• You will be joining SRE Application team at CV where the technology meets passion.
• You would build resilient, self-healing systems that could scale seamlessly.
• Create strategies to detect, address the issues.
• Use/Design systems to troubleshoot automatically.
• Create /Update /Track change requests for better tracking.
• Write and review Incident reports.
• You Automatically handle failures/prepare for DR.
• Keep the system up and reliable/Mitigate broken systems and prevent them from causing future disruptions.
• Global collaboration: Our talent pool spans across India (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune) and the US (NJ, CA), fostering a rich exchange of ideas and perspectives.
• Ownership, not just tasks: We don't just assign duties; we empower individuals to take ownership, be accountable, and drive impactful.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years’ hands on experience expertise in Commvault Technologies
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of SaaS/cloud platforms.
• Should be willing to work in shifts as and when the business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams may it be development, Support, CSM to understand requirements and come up with quicker resolution.
• Azure administration Knowledge and SaaS experience preferred/desirable.
• Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
