  • The Senior Software Engineer Specialist Provides technical oversight, review, and quality control throughout the life cycle of the implementations. Comfortable in doing layered architecture & designs (Architecture design, high-level design, and low-level design) in more than one technology stack. Ensures that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements. Lead architectural analysis, evaluation, and design of systems that support and seek to solve complex business and technical problems.
  • Will be working on a Hybrid Model (Quarterly visit to Bangalore office)

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Provides technical oversight, review and quality control throughout the life cycle of the implementations
  • Comfortable in doing layered architecture & designs (Architecture design, high-level design and low-level design) in more than one technology stack
  • Ensures that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements
  • Work cross functionally in engineering reviews to determine any ambiguities and recommend improvements
  • Lead the investigation and scoping of change requests to determine the scale of work to be done and estimate the timeframe and input required
  • Proactively Ensure that proposed and existing systems architectures are aligned with the company’s goals and strategies
  • Enable the design and development of new systems and solutions
  • Ensure that new systems and solutions conform to current system architecture and/or align to strategic system architectural direction
  • Lead architectural analysis, evaluation, and design of systems that support and seek to solve complex business and technical problems
  • Enable and ensure that system architecture is delivered in the form of robust and scalable solutions to business problems and needs
  • Identify, evaluate, and assess risks in order to mitigate them and eliminate any factor that may interfere or hinder the delivery of the architectural solution and dependent functional requirements
  • Implement architectural governance, standards, metrics for measuring, monitoring and improving architecture
  • Ensure team members understand system architectural implications of requirements
  • Technical Agility: very comfortable with tech stack of the product, with expertise in multiple layers that your team needs most
  • Technically Savvy: provides expert-level deep expertise and specialty in handful of technologies and in multiple domains of the product
  • Innovation Management: utilizes critical thinking to create or enable breakthroughs that drive product growth
  • Valued and admired by the team and organization for the depth of specialty and subject expertise
  • Business acumen: applies business acumen and technology together to solve business problems. Prioritize solutions on business needs rather than on technology alone.
  • Global leader: builds relationships quickly. Relates well to a wide spectrum of people across multi-geographic scrum teams. Embraces cross-cultural agility.
  • Mentors all the team members assigned, takes responsibility and conducts reviews for the architecture, designs, code developed by team members
  • Track record of managing their own workload and identifying problems to work on, across multiple initiatives. Good at self-planning, multi-tasking and meeting the commitments
  • Organizational agility: Defines and develops blueprints and roadmaps for building solutions. Drive solutions for product requirements from inception to delivery; Serves as organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs that affect the organizations long- term goals and objectives
  • Consults and provides guidance to departments and senior management on advanced technical issues


Skills require to perform this role:

  • Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 16 - 20 years of work experience.
  • Strong experience in Cloud Environment.
  • Good working experience on technologies like Java, C++, PHP.
  • Strong towards System Design and Technical Architecture.
