Senior Researcher for Chemistry with AI/ML

Microsoft AI for Science is looking for talented researchers to conduct cutting edge research in life sciences and drug discovery with AI technology. You are preferred to have a solid background and experience in chemistry and machine learning. You will work together with world class AI experts in tackling the challenging problems in cell biology. 
 
AI technology has been applied to advanced research in many fields. In life science domain, vast amount of data, including imaging, sequencing, and chemical assays, are becoming available at faster rates. You will contribute to the development of deep learning models, for the understanding of chemical space, including molecular presentation, property prediction, generation of novel chemical molecules, and various downstream tasks related to drug discovery. Knowledge and understanding of biomolecules, including protein, nucleic acids, will help achieve the goal. You will work with a cross disciplinary team to develop powerful AI models with versatile capabilities, with an ultimate goal to transform drug discovery research.

PhD in chemistry, biotechnology, computer science, or physical sciences.

Experiences in ML model development or applications are plus. 
Working experiences in the related fields will be plus.
