Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for researching and developing machine translation algorithms in the gaming field, including neural network-based translation models, open-source large models, and multi-system integration
2. Optimize machine translation systems to improve translation quality and efficiency
3. Analyze and solve common problems and challenges in machine translation, such as ambiguity, polysemy, and language differences
4. Keep track of and research the latest NLP technologies and algorithms to stay informed about the industry

Requirements:

1. Pursuing a master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields

2. Proficiency in deep learning algorithms and have in-depth understanding and practical experience in training large models, such as parameter tuning and fine-tuning

3. Proficient in programming languages like Python, C++, and familiar with commonly used deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc)

4. Experience in developing commercial NMT systems or outstanding performance in WMT machine translation evaluations is preferred

5. Preference will be given to those who have papers in top-tier conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, NIPS, ICLR, etc.

6. Have strong team collaboration and communication skills, able to work closely with team members and push project progress

7. Passionate about the gaming industry, with a certain understanding of the gaming field

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $124,800 to $260,400 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
