Overview

Big Fish Games is looking for a data-driven Product Manager to join one of our top mobile titles, supporting live operations, product development, economy, user experience tuning, and feature design. Successful candidates in this position are effective communicators who can work collaboratively with a variety of teams and functions.

You will work closely with a cross-functional group to manage a content plan and feature roadmap, and drive features development from inception through post-launch impact assessment. This role will focus on the use of analytics and an understanding of all core metrics to drive decisions-making strategies on improving the long-term growth and sustainability of the game, while maximizing player engagement through the design and execution of innovative features and content.

What You'll Do

●    Work with cross-functional teams, including product, design, data analysts, data scientists, developers, art, quality assurance and customer service to design, launch, and assess the impact of features, content, and optimizations.
●    Define the business requirements, write and consult on specs, and collaborate with design and production for execution.
●    Monitor game health metrics and player sentiment, drive analysis and experimentation. Work with analysts to assess and report on the performance of features and their impact on KPIs and game health.
●    Design and execute A/B tests, track and measure experiments around retention, user conversion, and sales to improve engagement and monetization.
●    Help build and manage the game’s roadmap and live ops calendar to optimize the game and player experience.
●    Build out live ops systems & tools to enhance our live ops capabilities.
●    Helps the overall research approach, ensuring that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis & deep insights into customer needs and how the roadmap addresses those needs.

What We're Looking For

●    Experience in mobile game product management.
●    Passion for great products and a deep empathy for users.
●    Analytical problem solver with experience in structuring complex analyses and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, etc.)
●    Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to clearly communicate results and conclusions to team members across various disciplines and levels of management.
●    Team player that thrives in cross-functional teams. Positive and collaborative, open to change, with ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
●    Must be a self-starter and driven, with ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks.
●    Experience running live-ops and engagement events in games.
●    An advocate for strategy based on research, data, and industry trends, while being comfortable taking calculated risks.
●    Experience with 3rd-party CRM tools (Leanplum, Braze, DeltaDNA, Optimove,  etc.)

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
