ABOUT YOU:

We're looking for someone with solid Games production experience who is self-motivated and will take ownership of the project and team to bring it to the highest possible quality.

Requirements

  • A passion for games across different platforms including multiplayer, mobile, VR and the future of XR
  • Full game experience through all stages of development; comfortable in both the formative stages of a project through to effective live operation
  • Experience of managing timelines, roadmaps, budgets and forecasts
  • Work with internal and external QA to help organise testing of features through to release and post support
  • Excellent knowledge of production methodologies and frameworks, coupled with the ability to instil team-based ownership
  • Experience of bug tracking management utilising best practices to manage appropriately
  • An excellent delegator; encouraging engagement, ownership, and accountability within mixed-discipline teams, and with communication skills
  • Happy to work across multiple projects, platforms and teams as needed
  • Able to receive feedback openly & adjust leadership style and way of working
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • 3+ years production experience in video games
  • A solid knowledge of project management tooling with a good understanding on how to set them up to generate meaningful data and ensure is used to support the best delivery method
  • Excellent people skills, to help and support the business and teams to perform to the highest standards

DESIRABLE:

  • Scrum/Agile certification.
  • Knowledge of Click up tool or similar

Requirements

As a member of our team, Producers are central to our development team's ongoing success. As a Senior Producer, you will play an integral part in joining and working on existing projects and, going forward, setting up and running our next IP project from the ground up. Working with and reporting to the Executive Producer, you will carefully balance your efforts between game delivery, setting the development team up for success, and being an advocate for the process.

  • You will drive production on cross-functional teams and lead multiple initiatives in parallel
  • You will manage a backlog together with your teams; setting goals, planning sprints or milestones and encouraging commitment. You will ensure these goals support the overall project direction
  • You will ensure adherence to our Delivery framework
  • Use project data and modelling to support effective decision-making, ensure predictable delivery and do so at a sustainable pace
  • You will work to predict and remove roadblocks before they become an issue
  • Report regularly and clearly to stakeholders, highlighting deviations and adjustments to plans
  • Comfortable in working with 3rd parties
