A Senior Playable Ads Developer is responsible for leading the development, optimization, and mechanic production for creative ads and playables for Sunday’s live games. As a key figure within the Marketing Creative Team, you will manage a small team of developers, collaborating closely with Marketing Artists, Creative Strategists, and the Growth Team to innovate and optimize playable ads and mechanics for creatives. Although the Senior Developer will provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, disciplinary leadership responsibilities are not part of this role at this stage. This role focuses on technical expertise, collaboration, and guidance rather than team management decisions. The Senior Developer reports to the Head of Marketing Creatives.
As the team grows, there is potential for this role to evolve into a Lead Playable Developer position, where formal leadership responsibilities may be introduced.
