About the Role

The Sr Manager - Finance position will lead a team of associates and will be responsible for overseeing accounting, MIS and reporting, banking, treasury operations and compliances across Bhavin’s portfolio of operating companies and investments spanning across the globe including US, EU, Middle East, India and more.

Responsibilities

Accounting: Ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting consolidation of the group holding companies
Compliances: Ensuring timely completion, filing and tracking of corporate, audit and tax compliances
Corp Dev: Work with the Corp dev and Investments team to assist them in financial due diligence during MnA
FPnA: Review monthly budgets and MIS of the group operating companies
Treasury Operations: Maximize returns on cash assets
