Job Description

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Voodoo's Game Tech Platform, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performance applications that support the growth of their gaming and consumer apps. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the platform, developing innovative solutions for LiveOps, User Segmentation, and other critical initiatives. This role provides a unique opportunity to impact hundreds of millions of users with your work. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, participate in strategic planning, and contribute to the development of best practices. The position offers flexibility with both onsite and hybrid options (minimum 2-3 days onsite/week).

Team

The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile industry. The Engineering & Data team plays a key role in Voodoo’s long-term strategy. It enables Voodoo to both accelerate product diversification and provide a state of the art growth-engine to distribute and scale our games. They create innovative solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple searching to complex machine learning systems.

Game Tech Platform is focused on building shared tech for Voodoo’s studios so they can focus on what they do best: game development. After building a best-in-class Experimentation Platform and IAP validation service, we are now spearheading initiatives in LiveOps and User Segmentation for millions of players.

This position can be onsite or hybrid (with a minimum of 2-3 days onsite/week).

Design & build business-focused full-stack applications in a cutting-edge and evolving environment
Participate in the business strategy and vision and consistently deliver innovative solutions to our business teams

Profile

Extensive professional experience as a Fullstack Developer (5 years minimum not including internships)
Extensive proven track record of successful product development such as web applications (mobile and/or desktop) that provide high value to internal/B2B/B2C end-users
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Pragmatic, adaptable, and result-oriented with a problem-solving approach
Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and deal with change
