Job Description

As a Game Developer at Voodoo, you'll contribute to CLVSB, an immersive clubbing app. Working closely with a team of Unity developers and artists, you'll own a section of the app (UI, characters, server integration, or real-time networking), implementing app logic and systems in C#. You'll write robust and clean code for millions of users, support new features, and contribute your own ideas. The role requires advanced Unity skills (4+ years), strong C# scripting, and experience with UI systems, animation, physics, and more. A good sense of user experience, ownership, and English proficiency are essential. French is a plus. The position is fully remote in France.

Team

CLVSB is the first immersive clubbing app that lets you listen to exclusive music, get up close to your favorite artists, meet like-minded people, socialize and dance with your personalized avatar in all your favorite virtual dancefloors around the world.

Role

Guided by our CTO, you will pick up a section of the app that correspond to your skills and own it (UI, Characters, Server integration and/or Realtime networking)
You will implement app logic and systems in C# using Unity, with care to write robust and clean code to be used by millions of users
You will collaborate closely with a small team of Unity developers and artists
You will support and contribute new ideas to the app features

Profile

Advanced Unity knowledge on mobile (4y+) including scripting in C#, UI systems, animation, physics, particle systems, sound etc.
Can demonstrate solid contributions to creative games/apps as part of a team in past projects
Good sense of user experience
Strong sense of ownership
English proficiency, French is a plus
An eagerness to develop new skills and explore new problem spaces on a daily basis
Familiarity with networking/fullstack
Familiarity with A/B testing approaches
Experience in the Gaming and/or Music industry
This position is open to full remote in France
