Job Description

This role will be responsible for ideating and executing marketing communication materials for the Mainland China market, with a focus on digital and social channels. You will work closely with Marketing partners, Operations and Entertainment teams to understand the essence of each offering and translate them into engaging ideas for our guests. You will also identify, direct and supervise external creative partners, including advertising agencies and production houses. This role will also support different Lines of Businesses by developing and implementing creative assets for communications of HKDL resort initiatives including Hotel, F&B, Magic Access, digital, Human Resources, Park Operations and Distribution Marketing.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in art, creative or related discipline
3+ years of experience in Advertising and Marketing communications in Mainland China
Strong creative instincts
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Highly motivated and result-oriented
Strong people and relationship building acumen
Good communications skills in a multilingual environment
Native Mandarin Chinese, conversational Cantonese Chinese and English

Job Summary:

Stay abreast of and share best practices in marketing communications creativity in the Mainland China market

Job requirements
