What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
You will take ownership of a rapidly growing domain focused on customer feedback and user research at Canva. Your role involves collaborating with team members to develop solutions that enable users to quickly resolve issues and close the loop. You'll gain hands-on experience in writing reusable code and technical documentation while leading projects, driving experiments, and collaborate with multiple teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer skilled in communication and designing systems that balance simplicity and flexibility. Amongst many other exciting things, you will be:

About the team
The User Help Experience team is part of the wider User Voice group. We help to empower every user to instantly solve their issue or answer their question as we scale our way to support 1 billion users. More specifically, The Support Profile & Pathways squad delivers an exceptional customer experience by building innovative self-help tools, creating streamlined user experiences, developing scalable systems, capturing and sharing customer insights, and working closely with the AI Assistant and Help Centre teams.
