Job Description

Level Infinite seeks a Senior Backend Development Engineer to contribute to its overseas game CRM platform. Responsibilities include platform solution design, implementation, and integration; development and design of secure, high-performance, scalable backend components; and ensuring system availability. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, expertise in Go, distributed systems, NoSQL/OLTP/OLAP databases, and cloud-native development. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Must have:

5+ years experience
Go language proficiency
Distributed systems expertise
NoSQL/OLTP/OLAP DB knowledge
Cloud-native development
CRM platform development
Backend component design

Good to have:

High concurrency project experience
Large system design experience
Excellent English communication

工作职责
1. 负责海外游戏CRM平台的研发工作。
2. 负责平台解决方案设计、规划、落地、联调对接。
3. 负责后台底层组件研发与设计，确保安全、高可用、高性能、可扩展。

Requirements:

岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验。
2. 掌握操作系统、计算机网络、Linux运行机制等基础知识。
3. 精通GO等后台开发语言；掌握分布式开发常用组件；具备云原生开发经验。
4. 精通NOSQL、OLTP、OLAP等数据库设计应用，并深入了解其底层原理。
5. 高并发项目、大型系统设计、英语能力良好优先。
6. 拥有较强的学习能力，探索研究精神。对技术有热情和追求。
