Job Role: Senior Backend Engineer

Salary: HUF 19.2mill gross annually

Location: Budapest – Hybrid or Remote Working within Hungary

We are currently recruiting a Senior Backend Engineer for a company that offers SaaS within the Entertainment Technology Sector and develops hardware solutions for broadcasters, studios and production companies. You will be working on PIX applications whilst working cross-functionally across many codebases and services. The backend services you would focus on would assist with storage, processing, secure delivery, and encryption for thousands of industry professionals worldwide. You will work with team members to deliver high-quality software outcomes that meet requirements and do so within deadlines, whilst also helping any more junior developers when needed.

Skills you should hold (with a minimum of 5 years experience):

• Strong knowledge of Python and AWS
• Experience working in an agile environment or even leading a small team with this methodology
• Professional Working level English language skills

• Knowledge of Cloud tools such as CloudFormation
• Familiar with GraphQL
