Summary

The Senior Associate, gTech Strategy and Operations, will act as a strategic partner to the business, supporting leadership on service transformations, operational excellence, and organizational initiatives. Responsibilities include defining and launching strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and internal/external processes, delivering strategic insights, collaborating on annual business planning, identifying process gaps, and developing scalable solutions. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive measurable impact on high-visibility business opportunities, involving AI/automation, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The individual will contribute to and lead a variety of projects, transforming early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years experience in consulting, sales operations, or related fields (or 2 years with advanced degree)
  • 2 years experience developing business strategies
  • 2 years experience working with executive stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical).
  • Experience implementing large-scale projects in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
  • Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Proficiency with structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Knowledge of best practices in business operations, service operations, customer support operations, and internet/online media.
  • Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.

In this role, you will drive solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business opportunities, touching on a variety of topics ranging from AI/automation, the future of customer experience, innovative ways to drive operational efficiency. You will be at the forefront of building and driving solutions while working closely with business partners, influencing the goal setting, helping transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives, and managing operations to ensure a strong landing that drives measurable impact. You will be a subject matter expert and range from leading and contributing a variety of projects.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the business supporting the leadership on service transformations, operational excellence, organizational initiatives and helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership’s strategic outlook.
  • Define, launch and drive strategic initiatives to directly and indirectly improve customer experience, improve internal and external facing processes and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects.
  • Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks. Develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices that are a benefit across the organization.
