Job Description

Senior Art Director responsible for creative design for a luxury automotive brand's social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu). Responsibilities include creating visually appealing content like long-form WeChat articles and creative posters. The role involves understanding client needs, leading brainstorming sessions, defining core strategies and creative concepts, and presenting design proposals. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in public relations or advertising, a strong aesthetic sense, and experience working with luxury automotive brands. Proficiency in design software (PS, AI) is essential, and hand-drawing skills are a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork are crucial.

Must have:

5-8 years design experience in PR/advertising
Luxury automotive brand experience
Excellent design skills & creative thinking
Strong communication & presentation skills
Proficient in PS, AI
Social media design experience

Good to have:

Hand-drawing skills
Strong English skills

职位要求

1. 5-8年公关或广告行业设计相关经验，良好的审美sense，长期汽车客户服务经验，豪华品牌尤佳；有社交媒体创意工作经历者优先；
2.具备优秀的艺术构思能力和设计技巧，在创意方面可以独当一面；
3.良好的项目整体设计管理、进度与质量控制能力；
4.优秀的团队合作能力
5.熟悉传播和互动策略，熟悉新媒体的创意需求；
6.熟练使用PS、AI等设计软件，有手绘能力加分项；
7.具有基础英文读写能力，英文好最佳。
