Job Description

This role involves designing mixed-signal Integrated Circuits (ICs) for MicroDisplay backplanes and taking ownership of large-scale analog top-level module design, design planning, schematics, simulations, layout, extraction, documentation, and generating various design collateral files for full-chip integration. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet design requirements. You will also be responsible for providing support in areas such as CAD, scripting, and layout. The role also involves validating and simulating assembly, verifying circuit and full-chip level, and improving existing block systems.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in analog design fundamentals including circuit design and analog module development from architecture to validation.
Experience with Cadence or similar Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools for schematic capture, simulation, layout, and verification.
Experience with full-chip integration and tapeout process.

Good to have:

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with display technologies, particularly MicroDisplays or other advanced display systems.
Experience with Design For Testability (DFT) methodologies.
Knowledge of low-power design techniques and power management strategies.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or TCL for design automation and data analysis.
Familiarity with design techniques and signal integrity analysis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
