Job Description- Agile Coach
HP is looking for a highly capable Agile Coach to help enable more effective ways of working across our Print organization. It is an exciting time to be at HP, as our services and solutions businesses are growing fast! The Print organization has grown significantly, and we need to evolve the way we work to keep up. This role will be a part of the ADAPT Strategic Program that is driving the definition and implementation of an Agile@Scale transformation across Print organization, covering multiple geographies and technologies.
The Senior Agile Coach at HP will help define and implement our agile strategy and business agility roadmap to help our internal customers achieve their desired outcomes. The coach will train and educate on agile principles and tools and provide coaching toward improved ways of working. The overall goal is to enable and equip individuals and teams to use agile ways of working to achieve better business outcomes across the organization. The coach will collaborate with various teams and departments, including software development, testing, program and product management, support, etc. to improve portfolio management, coordination at scale and foster other new ways of working. They will also promote a culture of continuous improvement to facilitate the delivery of valuable technology solutions rapidly, collaboratively, and reliably to the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Technical Program Management Organization and Print Hardware, Firmware and Software teams to assess current state while also defining, implementing, and operationalizing an agile roadmap and ways of working
· Coach and mentor business units within the organization to adopt and grow agile mindsets, practices, and ways of working to deliver customer value
· Assist in the development of training and leading workshops to educate individuals and teams on agile principles, values, and practices
· Help teams realize product goals through modern product-management techniques
· Define, implement, and enable internal customers to use agile flow metrics in areas that generate value and indicate potential problems/risks. Assist teams with implementing solutions to remediate those problems as well as proactive solutions
· Help implement Portfolio Management and scale agility to enable product teams to effectively plan, manage dependencies and risks, while successfully delivering strategic goals
· Support and enable teams to effectively use tools to enable iterative and incremental delivery
· Ensure a balance of autonomy and consistency across the teams and business units, where needed, to ensure successful scaling and portfolio management
Knowledge & Skills:
· Knowledge and experience of lean-agile practices from serving as program level coach, transformation office coach or lean-agile champion.
· Extensive experience in agile frameworks such as XP, Kanban, Scrum and Modern Agile
· Experience coaching in large-scale agile transformations from pilot through full-scale implementation.
· Lean mindset, agile coaching, and mentoring expertise to facilitate product intake and refinement, story mapping, development, and delivery best practices.
· Ability to facilitate discussion at all levels of the organization to resolve conflicts.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Experience in Jira administration and workflows preferred.
· Understands software development processes and procedures, particularly in a cloud platform environment. Has familiarity with Firmware and hardware SDLC processes as well.
· Experience in managing Portfolios, Programs and funnel

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 10+ years technology experience, with at least 7+ years direct experience in Agile Transformation.
· 7+ years working as an Agile coach
