About the Role & Program

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Entertainment (DE) segment is a global business with the mission of providing consumers around the world access to the content they want most, on the latest platforms, at a time of constantly evolving consumer habits. Our full portfolio of entertainment media and content businesses globally includes direct-to-consumer (DTC) streaming services – Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu – alongside Disney's international media businesses. We align groundbreaking technology with outstanding content and beloved brands to expand the Company's global footprint and deliver highly personalized entertainment experiences.

The Disney Entertainment Segment FP&A team is responsible for consolidating the financial results of our direct-to-consumer, networks, content sales, and licensing organizations, and supports the day-to-day planning of the segment’s central administration costs. We analyze financial results to determine drivers of change, assist in headcount planning, and recommend areas for operational improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, etc.).

Education

  • Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field of study.

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • Program Dates: Approximately June 2025 through August 2025

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, CA area

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

  • Fully available from Mon-Fri for the duration of the internship for 40 hours each week


The pay rate for this role in Burbank, CA $22.00 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
