Job Description

This role is for an experienced Scrum Master to work on a mobile application development project for a major North American TV provider. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum events (daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review/Demo, Retrospectives, Product Backlog Refinement), coordinating development progress, coaching delivery teams in Scrum, managing stakeholder relationships, and calculating metrics like velocity and capacity. The project focuses on building a video streaming platform's mobile application. Strong technical project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Project description

Our Client is one of the largest TV providers in North America and we are searching for an experienced Scrum Manager to join our team. The project focuses on developing mobile application for a video streaming platform.

Responsibilities

Preparing and facilitating daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Review/Demo, Retrospectives, Product Backlog Refinement, and other Team meetings;

Coordinate and communicate development progress, and blockers across all stakeholders;

Coaching of Delivery Teams in Scrum framework;

Project Management activities;

Management of Relationships with stakeholders;

Calculation of metrics (velocity, capacity, quality).

Skills

Must have

Strong technical project management skills

Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve delivery issues/blockers

Nice to have

Agile Project Management
