Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing Subject Matter Expertise & technical leadership in the planning, design, and architect phases of IT solutions development in FI-AR / FI-CA / Lease Finance and other FI domains along with technical background.. The role coordinates and supervises the execution of technology projects, as well as analyzes and detects needs and opportunities for innovation in IT Solutions offerings. The role aims at ensuring optimal solutions and adequacy of IT offerings and facilitates the decision making at enterprise level IT Strategy. The role also leads the technology transformation projects in collaboration with other IT departments.

Responsibilities

  • Leads cross-functional development teams and drives analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements in FI-AR / FI-CA / Lease Finance and other FI domains.
  • Designs complex cross-functional solutions for the subordinates to code and implement.
  • Demonstrates broad technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction; exerts influence outside of immediate team and drives change.
  • Participates as a member of and leads development teams of SAP FI areas. Performs analysis of complex functional and business requirements for Finance areas. Prepares code stubs for others. Completes code to implement solutions.
  • Designs solutions for others to code. Participates in cross-functional teams. Leads design activities May provide mentoring and guidance to other developers. Designs, prepares and executes Unit tests. Represents team to client/customers.
  • Demonstrates SAP-centric technical leadership, and exerts influence outside of immediate team. Develops innovative team solutions to complex problems. Contributes to strategic direction for teams.
  • Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g. SAP interfacing technologies and SAP upgrade).
  • Performs solution design. Applies HP and 3rd party technologies and leads design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions.
  • Independently implements end- user or enterprise infrastructure or services of significant complexity.
  • Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for HP and customers. Mentors and consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues.
  • Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to manage global maintenance services across various technology areas or functions.
  • Applies HP and 3rd party technologies and leads design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions, while driving innovation.
  • Implements security measures and best practices to protect software applications from vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Implements end- user or enterprise infrastructure or services of significant complexity.
  • Consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues.
  • Sets team strategy and direction and represents team to senior management and clients/customers.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, testing tools, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience related to SAP FI-AR / FI-CA / Leasing and other FI areas (or other relevant modules) 
  • Advanced understanding of SAP interfacing technologies and modern software development methodologies.
  • Strong leadership of team in solution driven requirements as tech lead
  • General Project Management. Customer/ Vendor Management. Business Analysis.
  • Advanced understanding of S4 HANA and BRF+ with integration of SCM 
  • Advanced understanding of Software Test methodologies, and an expert in testing tools. 
  • 5 or more years of experience writing code is a plus(such as, and not limited to ABAP and Testing tools Experience of multiple full release cycles.

The base pay range for this role is $137,000 to $211,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
