TEMPORARY 2 Years

The Master Data Supervisor ensures the quality and accuracy of master data, adhering to business rules and service agreements with internal clients. This role involves implementing data governance policies, managing data validation and enrichment processes, and supporting internal and external audits. The supervisor collaborates with IT and other departments on various projects, manages a team, and drives continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and KPI generation to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Master Data in SAP for various company entities and platforms.

  • Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures.

  • Develop and execute data validation, cleaning, and enrichment processes.

  • Create and maintain documentation related to data assets.

  • Monitor projects with IT and internal clients.

  • Comply with internal and external audit requirements.

  • Administer databases in SAP and generate reports/queries.

  • Suggest and implement process improvements and automation.

  • Generate and present KPIs for the area.

  • Provide customer-oriented solutions and handle urgent requests.

  • Manage and oversee team tasks and performance.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Project Management certification is a plus.

  • SAP Certification is a big plus.

Previous Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a similar supervisory role.

  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP and Master Data Management.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

  • Strong time management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive presentations.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Languages: Intermediate - Advanced English level Required.

Computer Skills:  

  • SAP deep knowledge, MDG is a plus.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Project Management and Process Mapping Software 

Certifications
Desirable: Green Belt o Black Bel

  • Write and manage data policies, data catalogs, business glossaries, and business data processes.

  • Manage master data, data quality, and data governance.

  • Essential knowledge of business processes impacting data quality.

  • Identify areas of opportunities, process improvements, and data/technology-enabled innovations.

  • Be flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to a high-change environment.
