As the Sales Executive - New Business, Vitamins & Supplements at Flip Shop, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Nutrition, Vitamins & Supplements category. You will own and nurture new relationships within this sector, driving growth and innovation. Your extensive network and deep industry knowledge will be pivotal in propelling Flip Shop to new heights.

Location: Office based out of our Los Angeles HQ.

Responsibilities

    • New Business Development: Negotiating and closing deals for new brands under the Nutrition, Vitamins & Supplements category.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with top brands, ensuring Flip Shop is their preferred partner.
    • Industry Insight: Leverage your extensive network to bring exclusive deals and partnerships to Flip Shop, enhancing our Nutrition, Vitamins & Supplements category category offering.
    • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth within the Nutrition, Vitamins & Supplements sector, staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
    • Brand Champion: Serve as the face of Flip Shop’s Nutrition, Vitamins & Supplements category, representing our brand at industry events, conferences, and in media.
    • Value Proposition: Clearly articulate Flip’s unique value proposition to merchants, compelling them to partner with us.

Requirements

    • Industry Expertise: Proven experience working with and on-boarding leading Electronics brands.
    • Network: An extensive network within the Electronics industry, knowing key players across major brands.
    • Hunter: You have a hunter's mindset, love to outperform yesterday's numbers and are fueled by growth.
    • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision, driving growth and market penetration.
    • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive business growth through new strategic partnerships and category growth.
    • Passion: A deep passion for the Electronics industry and a commitment to staying ahead of market trends and consumer preferences.
    • Location: Based out of our Los Angeles HQ.
Compensation: The annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, with a guaranteed base pay of $80,000, and a heavy emphasis on performance-based compensation. During the first 90 days, you will be guaranteed a commission, resulting in an annual take-home pay of $120,000.
We offer a competitive structure with an approximately 50/50 split between fixed and variable compensation, rewarding your achievements and driving your success.

Please note the cash compensation is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
